*Upon registering for any trip you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions listed below.
Once you have secured your trip with a deposit, the itinerary will be emailed to you no less than a month prior to your trip. Any itinerary is subject to change (which may include without limitation changes to the types and/or timing of activities available during the vacation, the hosts, items and/or services included with the vacation, accommodation, the itinerary, and/or the nature of the vacation) and Solo Travelers Unite expressly reserves the right to modify any aspect of the itinerary at any time due to availability of third party vendors, weather conditions, local conditions, or other circumstances out of our control.
Trip details: The itinerary is a general guide to the tour and region and any mention of specific destinations is not a guarantee that they will be visited or encountered, nor does it form part of the contract between the client and Solo Travelers Unite. Although the itinerary has been curated with care and details are provided in good faith, Solo Travelers Unite may make improvements that stem from weather changes, local factors, past travelers’ comments, and research, to name a few examples. As a client, you also expressly acknowledge and assume responsibility for inherent risks associated with physical activities you participate in.
All deposits are non-refundable, however, if you are rescheduling 60+ days prior to your trip, your deposit can be transferred to another trip.
It is a commitment to bring these experiences to our guests, and therefore the deposit is non-refundable and ALL payments made towards the balance of your trip are non-refundable but can be held as store credit to be transferred to another trip 30 days after the deposit payment is made, including late fees, full payments, and installment payments (Please note if accommodation or activities have already been booked we may apply penalties – we will always try to book flexible options, however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property).
The ONLY exception to this policy is if the trip must be canceled in its entirety by Solo Travelers Unite for any reason in which case we will notify all parties via email and provide refund instructions.

Our vendor(s) — hotels, transportation companies, excursion companies, etc. — require upfront commitments that we must adhere to. When we offer a package to you we have to ensure, through good-faith payments, that you will attend the retreat.
UNUSED SERVICES
Solo Travelers Unite shall not offer or pay any discounts or refunds for missed or unused services which were missed or unused by the Client due to no fault of Solo Travelers Unite or its Experience Designers, which shall include any termination of the Client’s participation in the tour Product due to the Client’s own fault, negligence or breach of these Terms.

You may cancel your participation in a Solo Travelers Unite trips at any time, but please be aware of the following cancellation policy: Please be aware that it is a commitment to organize these tours to bring quality experiences to our travelers. We begin securing tours as soon as you have signed up for a trip and therefore have cancelation fees, as our vendor(s) — hotels, hosts, excursion companies, etc. — require upfront commitments that we must adhere to. When we offer a package to you we have to ensure, through good-faith payments, that you will attend the retreat.
The Cancellation Policies listed below apply to all trips. Cancellations that are made more than 30 days after your initial signup is 100% non-refundable, but can be transferred to another trip. The amount may be held only as store credit for future use and for no more than 1 year after the cancellation date. Both cancellations and reschedules that are made within 60 days prior to your trip’s departure are subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the total amount paid including the deposit and can not be transferred to another trip.
Unforeseen situations may present themselves to our guests and for those circumstances, situations and occasions we HIGHLY recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance to cover your assets.
Solo Travelers Unite is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the Client may have incurred as a result of the canceled booking such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non-refundable car parking, or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment, etc.
Clients purchasing services are highly recommended to purchase comprehensive cancel for any reason insurance, to the extent such insurance is available under the laws governing each client’s country of origin.
How to Cancel a Reservation
We will process your cancellation/refund request within thirty (30) business days. We will NOT acknowledge any verbal / over-the-phone request or voice mail. Verbally speaking with our customer service representatives without sending an email requesting to cancel or transfer, will not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or acknowledged.

Full/partial payments or deposits will not be reimbursed for last-minute cancellations.
In the event of a No-Show, no refund shall be given nor any transfer may happen. An email should be sent to either cancel or reschedule for the cancellation fees to apply.
In case of fortuitous events or Acts of God, management will assess the situation and decide upon a course of action which will be communicated with you.
Failure to make a payment within 1 month of the agreed-upon date is a breach of contract. Missing multiple payments without notifying the company via email (info@solotravelersunite.com) regarding a potential late payment and making changes to your current payment plan to create a more flexible payment plan that you are able to work with may result in the cancellation of your experience and you will incur a $30 late fee. Solo Travelers Unite maintains the right to assign your spot to the next eligible client on the waitlist.
It is your own responsibility to ensure compliance with immigration, visa and health requirements for you and your party. Solo Travelers Unite does offer an advice and travel guidance where you can find either at the end of the page with each trip or in our FAQ’s/ blogs. This does not transfer responsibility to Solo Travelers Unite. We do not assume any prior information on nationality and documentation for you or your party. You are responsible for obtaining this information (passports, visas, covid 19 restrictions to visiting countries and returning to your own country, travel insurance etc) prior to booking confirmation. In any event that travel is cancelled due to inadequate documentation, the 100% of the travel cost will be payable, regardless of cancellation time. Visa, passport, and health requirements may change, and you are therefore strongly recommended to keep up to date.
If your trip is postponed or cancelled officially due to travel restrictions out of Solo Travelers Unite’s control, we will reschedule you to a different trip of your choice or a later date for free, or receive a future travel voucher valid up to 1 year. We will notify travelers before departure if their trip is being postponed by Solo Travelers Unite due to travel restrictions or COVID concerns.
MEDIA RELEASE FORM
By signing up for any trip, you have granted permission to Solo Travelers Unite, hereinafter known as the “Media” to use my image (photographs and/or video) for use in Media publications including: Videos – Email Blasts – Recruiting Brochures – Newsletters – Magazines – General Publications – Website and/or Affiliates
You hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image.
Upon paying for your deposit, you have agreed to the terms and conditions which translates that you are competent to contract in your own name. that you have read this release before signing up for a trip, and that you fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release. You understand that you are free to address any specific questions regarding this release by submitting those questions in writing and sent via email prior to signing up for a trip, and that you agree that your failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release.
At Solo Travelers Unite, we understand that planning and paying for a trip can be stressful. That’s why we have a simple and transparent billing policy to make the process as easy as possible for our clients.
All payments for our services must be made in full at the time of booking. This includes any deposits or fees for activities, accommodations, or transportation. We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal and Venmo.
If a client needs to cancel their trip, we will do our best to refund any payments made, subject to the following policies:
In the case of a trip being cancelled by Solo Travelers Unite, we will provide a full refund to the client.
We reserve the right to change our billing policy at any time, but we will always provide advance notice of any changes to our clients. As a Traveler with Solo Travelers Unite LLC, the following code of conduct is outlined below and is to be
strictly adhered to by all guests who have booked travels with Solo Travelers Unite, LLC
1. All Travelers are to conduct themselves as reliable and mature adults.
2. All Travelers are to enjoy peace of mind and enjoyment of the travel services without any
harassments by other Travelers.
3. Sexual harassment and or any form of bulling are strictly prohibited.
4. Travelers must arrive on-time to partake in any of the scheduled activities
5. If a dispute arrives between fellow travels that can not amicably be resolved in and by itself it is
to be brought to one of your Travel Guides to further assist and find a resolution.
6. Any safety requirements by the to be Traveling country must be adhered to
7. All Travelers are required to respect the customs and culture of the Travel destination.
If Traveler, does not adhere to the code of conduct, Traveler may receive a warning and may be
removed from the group and or prevented from participating in any group activates. Furthermore, the
travelers at the discretion of Solo Travelers Unite, LLC might be banned from any future travel tours. No
refunds will be provided for any individuals that violate this code of conduct.
We hope that you understand that this code of conduct is here to protect you, as well as your fellow
travelers. The code of conduct is here to ensure that all travelers will be able to enjoy a safe and

Everything mentioned above is in full effect as soon as a deposit/ payment towards a trip has been made, whether it was done via the website, cash payments, direct deposits or any other type of payment not made directly via this website,
